How To Prepare

We like to keep things varied and interesting, so the questionnaire involves short videos, pictures, and a little text to read as well.
Some of the questions will have time limits so you’ll need to submit your answer quickly, others won’t so you can take your time over them.

Together, the four sections of the questionnaire take about 40 minutes to complete. You must complete all four sections in one go – you can’t save your progress and come back later.
Before you get started, make sure you have a strong internet connection, you’re sat comfortably in a quiet place where you won’t be interrupted, and – perhaps most importantly of all – surround yourself with treats, snacks, drinks, notepads, pens, pencils, or even a trusty pair of reading glasses if you think you’re likely to need them.

Smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop – you can do the questionnaire on almost any device provided it can play sound and video. We recommend using Chrome or Firefox as your browser though.
