Prefer a telephone interview?

If you prefer a one-to-one interview with a member of our team instead, that’s absolutely fine.

The interview will be with one of our recruitment team and will last about 25 minutes. They’ll call you and go through a series of questions. Don’t worry, everyone in our team is friendly and supportive – we know people get nervous sometimes, it’s completely normal. Think of it as a phone call with a potential new colleague.

If you’re using a mobile, please make sure you have enough phone battery, and your signal is good. Please ensure you’re somewhere quiet with no distractions so you can relax, concentrate on the call and take time to think about your answers.

Important reminder

If you haven’t already done so, please start our References and Vetting process as soon as possible. You need to request a letter from HMRC that shows your 5-year employment history. This can take around 40 days to arrive and only you can request it. To this, call HMRC on 0300 200 3300, or visit the HMRC website https://www.gov.uk/get-proof-employment-history to download and complete the application form and send it to HMRC my post.
